🔁 Cancellation Guidelines:

• 🧾 INR 300 per person will be charged by VVT as a service fee at the time of cancellation.
• 🛑 If the vendor’s policy is non-refundable, we will not be able to override or modify it.
• ⏳ Refund timelines vary and are subject to vendor processing.

Example:

If the vendor deducts ₹2,000 and VVT fee is ₹300, total deduction = ₹2,300.
