Each service is provided subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, cab companies, rail operators, embassies, etc.). VVT acts as an intermediary and is not the direct provider of these services.


2. User Responsibility
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information for all bookings and applications.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords.
  • Users must ensure they have valid travel documents including passports and visas as required.

3. Booking Policy
  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless specified otherwise.
  • Prices include applicable taxes and service fees.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability and acceptance by the respective service providers.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Customer Cancellation: Charges may apply based on the time of cancellation and supplier rules. cancellation will be accepted before (7) days after booking .
  • Company Cancellation: If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or an alternative option depend upon real time situatuon
  • Refunds: Processed after supplier confirmation amount will be processed and credited to your original payment method, usually within 7–14 working days.

5. Rescheduling and Amendments
  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the respective service providers.
  • Amendments may incur additional charges or fees.

6. Liability and Limitations
  • VVT acts only as an intermediary and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
  • VVT’s liability is limited to facilitating the booking and providing customer support.

7. Travel Documents and Compliance
  • Users must ensure they possess all necessary travel documents for their journey.
  • VVT is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to lack of proper documentation.

8. Payment and Charges
  • Payment must be made using the methods specified on the website.
  • Users are responsible for all charges including taxes, fees, and any additional costs incurred.

9. Promotions, Offers & Discounts
  • Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • VVT reserves the right to withdraw or modify offers at any time.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Force Majeure
  • VVT shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government regulations.

  • VVT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

1. Flight Bookings

1.1 Airline Terms

All flight bookings made through VVT are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, including but not limited to cancellation and refund policies.

VVT acts solely as a facilitator for flight bookings. The contract for the flight service is directly between you and the airline.


1.2 Code Share Flights

Some flights may be operated under code-share agreements. Details will be provided during the booking process.


1.3 Pricing and Payment

The total price displayed includes base fare, applicable taxes, and service fees. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Infant fares apply to children under 24 months throughout the entire journey.


1.4 Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure possession of valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, ID proof) required for your journey.


1.5 Check-In

Check-in times vary by airline. Generally, domestic flights require check-in at least 2 hours before departure, and international flights at least 3 hours before departure.


1.6 Changes and Cancellations

Modifications to bookings are subject to airline policies and may incur additional charges. Cancellations are subject to airline cancellation policies and VVT's service fees.


2. Hotel Bookings

2.1 Hotel Policies

Hotel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hotels.

Check-in and check-out times, as well as other hotel policies, will be communicated during the booking process.


2.2 Payment and Pricing

Prices are displayed per room per night and include applicable taxes and service fees.

Additional charges for services like meals, spa, or extra beds are payable directly to the hotel.


2.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by hotel and will be specified at the time of booking.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the hotel's policy and may take up to 14 business days.


3. Holiday Packages

VVT acts only as an intermediary and does not provide transportation services directly.

All cab services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective cab companies.


6.2 Pricing and Payment

The fare displayed includes applicable taxes and service fees.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Additional charges such as tolls, parking, or waiting time may be applicable and payable directly to the driver or cab company.


6.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the cab service provider.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the provider’s policy.
