Kochi to Munnar
Your Munnar trip begins with your arrival at Kochi Airport or Railway Station, where you'll be warmly received and driven toward Munnar — one of Kerala's most scenic hill stations, famous for its tea gardens and mist-covered hills. The drive itself is beautiful, winding through lush valleys and small waterfalls. On the way, stop at Cheeyappara Waterfalls, Valara Waterfalls, and Karadippara View Point to take in the natural beauty. Upon arrival in Munnar, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, explore Munnar town, visit Blossom Park, or enjoy the sunset from Pothamedu View Point.
Munnar Local Sightseeing
After breakfast at your hotel, set out for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Begin with a visit to Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai), the natural habitat of the rare Nilgiri Tahr, offering panoramic views of the rolling tea plantations. Next, head to the TATA Tea Museum, where you can learn about the history of Munnar's tea cultivation and processing. After lunch, visit Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Kundala Lake, where you can go boating or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Optionally, visit a flower garden or rose garden nearby. In the evening, return to your hotel and relax.
Munnar to Kochi (Return Journey)
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and begin your drive back to Kochi.
