Please read these terms carefully before booking with us

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Voyage Vista Travels
  • “You”, “Your” refers to the customer booking our services
  • “Package” means the travel services booked through us
  • “Booking” means the confirmed reservation of travel services

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 All bookings must be made through our authorized channels.

2.2 A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.

2.3 Full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to departure.

2.4 We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and Razorpay.

2.5 All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 30% of total cost
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • 7-14 days before departure: 75% of total cost
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total cost

3.2 Cancellations must be notified in writing via email.

3.3 Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days.

4. Changes and Amendments

4.1 Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4.2 We reserve the right to change itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 Price increases due to currency fluctuations, fuel costs, or taxes may be passed on to customers.

5. Travel Documents

5.1 You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and other required documents.

5.2 We are not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents.

5.3 It is your responsibility to check health and vaccination requirements for your destination.

6. Travel Insurance

6.1 We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

6.2 Insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability.

6.3 We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

7. Health and Safety

7.1 You must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your travel.

7.2 We reserve the right to refuse service if you pose a risk to yourself or others.

7.3 You must comply with all health and safety regulations at destinations.

8. Liability and Responsibility

8.1 We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

8.2 We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by third-party providers.

8.3 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8.4 We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your trip.

9. Complaints and Disputes

9.1 Any complaints must be reported immediately to our local representative.

9.2 Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of return.

9.3 Disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to Delhi jurisdiction.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control.

10.2 Such circumstances include natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, and government actions.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.2 Your data may be shared with service providers necessary to fulfill your booking.

12. General Provisions

12.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

12.2 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

12.3 By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

12.4 If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Annexure: Important Information

Baggage Allowance

Baggage allowances vary by airline. Please check with your airline for specific limits.

Hotel Check-in/Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise specified.

Meal Plans

Unless specified, most packages include breakfast only. Lunch and dinner can be arranged at additional cost.
