Day-wise Itinerary
Kochi – Munnar
On arrival at Kochi Airport or Railway Station, meet our representative and drive to Munnar, the most scenic hill station of Kerala. En route, admire the lush tea plantations, misty hills, and stop at Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls for photography. By afternoon, reach Munnar and check into your deluxe hotel. Spend the evening relaxing amidst tea gardens or exploring the local town at leisure.
Munnar Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit the Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai), home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and offering breathtaking views of rolling grasslands. Later, explore the Tea Museum & Factory, followed by Mattupetty Dam and Lake where boating is optional. Continue to Echo Point, famous for its natural echo phenomenon, and then visit the serene Kundala Lake. In the evening, unwind at Blossom Hydel Park or shop for spices and souvenirs at the Munnar market.
Munnar – Thekkady
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady, a beautiful destination known for its wildlife and spice plantations. On arrival, check into your deluxe resort and relax. Later, enjoy a boat cruise on Periyar Lake, where you may spot elephants, deer, and birdlife along the lakeshore. In the afternoon, explore a spice plantation tour and in the evening, opt for a Kathakali dance performance or Kalaripayattu martial arts show.
Thekkady – Alleppey (Deluxe Houseboat Stay)
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Alleppey, the "Venice of the East." On arrival, board your deluxe Kerala houseboat around noon. Cruise through the palm-fringed canals, shimmering backwaters, paddy fields, and tiny village settlements. Relish freshly prepared Kerala cuisine on board while enjoying the tranquil scenery. Watch the sunset over the waters and experience the charm of backwater life in comfort.
Alleppey – Kovalam via Jatayu
After breakfast, disembark from the houseboat and drive towards Kovalam. En route, stop at Jatayu Earth's Center, where you will see the world's largest bird sculpture (360 ft long) depicting the mythical eagle Jatayu. Take a cable car ride to the top and enjoy adventure activities (optional). Continue your journey and arrive in Kovalam by evening. Check into your beachside deluxe hotel and relax.
Kovalam – Kanyakumari – Kovalam
After an early breakfast, take a day excursion to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India where the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal, and Indian Ocean meet. Visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Suchindram Temple, and Kanyakumari Beach. Enjoy the mesmerizing sunset views before returning to Kovalam in the evening.
Kovalam – Trivandrum Sightseeing & Departure
After breakfast, check out and proceed for local sightseeing in Trivandrum, the capital city of Kerala. Visit the world-famous Padmanabhaswamy Temple, explore the Napier Museum and Art Gallery, and admire the traditional architecture of Kuthiramalika Palace. Later, depending on your departure schedule, you will be dropped at Trivandrum Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
